Reminds of reading somewhere how drivers in Amsterdam can be just as bad as the US -- it’s just that Dutch infrastructure doesn’t allow them to zoom through downtowns on wide arterials. People aren’t the variable. We’re all pretty much the same. It’s the physical environment that’s key to shaping human behavior.
Exactly. Put a Dutch driver in the US and they'll drive dangerously. Put an American in the Netherlands and they'll drive safely --- it's the roads, not the people
